Every watch that Dubai Chrono sources for our clients comes as a complete set with the official, worldwide warranty that the manufacturer offers.

Watch manufacturers maintain an extensive network of service centres globally, investing significant resources in their upkeep. In every sizable country, each brand has a dedicated service point where watch owners have the full right to receive consultations or comprehensive maintenance for their watches. The primary basis for entitlement to service at the manufacturer’s official service centre is the possession of watch warranty documents, validating its origin and “age.”

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the watch’s accompanying warranty documentation, the official service center cannot refuse service for your watch in any country in the world.

Due to the stringent commitments of the watch manufacturer’s warranty, watch returns are uncommon. Any issues related to the functionality of the watch are addressed through service, not by substituting the watch with another.

We are willing to facilitate checks on the watches and warranty documents at any certified watch service centre or pawnshop during the watch’s delivery from the seller to the buyer.

If the delivered watch does not meet your expectations for any reason, we are prepared to repurchase it at 90% of its initial price, provided the watch is in the same condition as when purchased.
